Last week we had the privilege of closing on 2 estate sale homes, ones where the heirs grew up and were filled with many memories. Selling a home is often always emotional, but those emotions are compounded when grief and loss play a part. Representing clients dealing with such emotions has become one of our specialties of sorts. We help them navigate the process with compassion, understanding, and professionalism.
