Rentals we manage are from old charm to new construction of single family houses, condos, apartments, duplexes, fourplexes, and townhomes in Baton Rouge, Livingston, Ascension Parish and any other surrounding parishes.
Property Management
FEES
Our monthly management fees are based off of the gross rent collected each month. The leasing commission is 80% of the first full month of rent.
MANAGEMENT
The agents find qualified tenants for each property available for lease. Application fees are paid by the applicant, Their credit history is ran, rental history, and employment are verified and the property owner decides on the final approval. Monthly reports are prepared that shows the property’s income and expenses. Also offer direct deposit of owners proceeds.
MAINTENANCE
Keyfinders provide our clients with 24-hour emergency repair services. Minimize the cost of repairs and maintenance using our extensive network of contractors, vendors, and handymen. Coordinate property reconditioning, including painting, window coverings, new carpet, and carpet cleaning. Arrange for any necessary services such as utilities after tenants move out, lawn service rotation, cleaning up flowerbeds/weeding and pool service.
