First Quarter Update!

  We have had a busy first quarter!  Keyfinders Team Realty has closed on 32 properties year to date, with 17 on the books for April.  

Nationwide reports are paralleling our area activity.  Nationally the number of new properties on the market has increased, yet the number of active properties is still declining.  What does this mean?  It means that new properties are being purchased at a rapid pace, thus reducing the number of available homes. 

We researched this for our area, focusing only on properties that have been listed since January 1, 2022.
