based on current demand

*      Average sales price is up over all of the GBR area by $30,000 over last January

*      Days on the market in all of the GBR area are down from 56 to 29 days

*      What does this mean?   Sellers want to sell, and unless they are leaving the area, they are reticent to put their house on the market without finding a new home.
