Am very pleased with how every thing went from listing to actual act of sale. I was kept informed of every aspect of the marketing, showing, showing feedback, offers, counters, inspections, repairs, schedules etc., etc. If I have to name any 1 in particular, it would be Gerry Poche and the awesome job he did with getting us through all the necessary "BS" of taking us from final sales agreement to act of sale.
