To the Keyfinders Team - my name is Milton Simar - the farthest thing in my future was buying a condo - that was before Neal Francois planted the seed of how good an investment that would be for me - now I am a condo owner but none of that would have happened if Neal had not convinced me that it was a good thing to do nor would it have happened if Neal wouldn't have continually searched for condos that were right for me - and once I decided that may be the one, Neal took me by the arm and guided and directed me through the entire process, he made and VERY difficult event very simple by doing all the little things for me - without Neal Francois, this would have never happened and I will always be thankful for the extra effort he put forth to help me.
