We are all so proud to announce that our very own Stephanie Pierce was awarded the coveted Most Cooperative Realtor recognition last week by the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors. This is a true honor awarded to her by fellow realtors!
Here is a little bit of what they had to say about Stephanie:
"Early in her career, she learned the hard way why you shouldn’t bring your children to a showing. One day, she had a showing. And like any working mother knows, sometimes finding a sitter is difficult. So, she brought her child with her to the showing. At first, they were the ‘perfect little helper’. Setting up business cards, snacks, etc. But, in typical child fashion, our ‘perfect little helper’ decided to express how weird the property smelled, and how the carpet was a bunch of ugly colors IN FRONT OF THE CLIENTS!
Now, to some, this would be a sign to stop the showing or maybe even reschedule
it altogether. Not for her! This defining moment helped our award recipient become an amazing problem-solver. From client objections to a U-Haul headed to a closing breaking down on the bridge, our Most Cooperative REALTOR® of the Year can take a seemingly hopeless moment and turn it into a story full of laughter and solutions. You can’t always control what’s coming your way, but you sure can control how you react to it!"
If you have had the privilege of working with Stephanie, you know how true this is!
IT MAKES YOU WANT TO SHOUT!
Congratulations Stephanie!!
