Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Jillian is deeply connected to the community she serves. After graduating from LSU, she quickly developed a love for real estate while working with Keyfinders Realty, gaining valuable insight into the industry before becoming a licensed real estate professional.

Serving as the Operating Officer for Keyfinders Team Realty, Jillian plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, ensuring systems, processes, and client experiences run smoothly. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence help support both the agents and clients of Keyfinders.

Jillian is passionate about marketing, creative branding, and building meaningful connections within the community. She proudly serves on the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee, where she helps support the integrity of the real estate profession and advocates for issues that impact homeowners and the local real estate industry.
