The market was moving along well in March until the lockdown began.  In the height of the lockdown, pendings declined by nearly 500 units.  We are beginning to rebound but it will take time.  We are finding pent up demand … and inventory remains low.  If you are thinking of making a move in 2020, now is the time to get started and take advantage of the demand and lower inventory levels!
