We’ve had our Baton Rouge house since Hurricane Katrina in The Shires subdivision. The house is well built but needs updates. Carol and Jeffrey assisted us in every way. They were always available when we’d drive in from Metairie. Initially they advised us where attention to house was needed. Within a week we received an offer at listing price. Upon inspection Carol and Jeffrey coordinated the contractor to make repairs and at a very reasonable price. The Closing went smoothly as scheduled.
