East Baton Rouge Parish Public Schools

In order to register a student in the Baton Rouge public school system, parents will need a withdrawal slip from the child’s previous school, immunization records, child's birth certificate, and two proof of present address. More information here at https://ebrschools.org/enroll/

Enrollment for all grade levels can be completed in-person at the student’s assigned or zoned school. You can also start the enrollment process online at https://ebr.edgear.net/register.

Private Schools

Baton Rouge has many outstanding educational institutions, including Montessori, parochial and faith-based instruction.  Several area high schools, both public and private, have received national acclaim and recognition.
